I love Nail'd It in Clapham and usually have no issues but this time they seemed rushed and there are already a couple of nicks in my shellac (my manicure was on Sunday and I'm writing this on Tuesday) which is disappointing.

I specifically booked here because my experience at the Nail'd It on Oxford Street was so good. At the CJ salon however, the atmosphere seemed very cliquey with all the technicians talking amongst themselves about what seemed to be the customers in their native language which made me feel really uncomfortable. They were also talking back to the lady in charge which wasn't enjoyable for anyone in the room. Lastly, the salon is very badly ventilated so it was very hot. I have to say I wouldn't go back. I didn't feel very well looked after or very welcome.
