Unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the service that I booked AND PREPAID FOR because my train ran 5 minutes late. The manicurist said she only had time for a shape and paint but miraculously wrapped up a full 15 minutes before the end of my booked time slot. To add insult to injury because I booked on Treatwell, she claimed she was UNABLE TO REFUND the difference in my treatment. When I said I was unhappy with this, she said there was nothing she could do. Absolutely appalling. There is a wide range of nail bars in the area and I will never be going to Nail’d It again.

Great feeling after manicure and pedicure shellac, when I get home realised 1 toe nail was peeling off so went back and they fixed it straight away, very professional and clean, will go back
