I arrived 15 mins early which I did say and one of the girls who seemed to be in charge said to the lady who did my nails ‘don’t worry she’s 15 minutes early you still have time’, a little rude! They didn’t apologise for running late as I eventually got seen to at 25 past, I had chosen my colours from the baskets which I was given whilst waiting but these ended up being polishes and I had paid for shellac. When I sourced similar colours of shellac to choose from, the blue I wanted wasn’t available which isn’t great at all. I was then told I had to pay for removal something which wasn’t mentioned online and something which is offered as part of the service in most other places. I certainly won’t be coming back and only using the northcote road branch, where I have had far better service previously!

Nice experience, however one is thumb chipped within hours and the other thumb the next day which is not great considering it was gel.
