I have been wearing acrylic nails for quite a long time now and never have I had a refill like this. While the receptionist was fantastic in booking me in last minute when I realised I had chosen the wrong date, the technician was terrible - didn't listen when I explained the length & shape (I had to keep telling him), was rough when filing my nails to the point that I made him stop as it hurt so much, did a terrible job of painting my nails & was quite abrupt when he did talk to me.
I do not like leaving a bad review as overall the saloon is quite nice but I'll never go there again for my nails, especially at £25 for a shoddy refill!

Wonderful experience. The staff were very lovely and helpful. The standard of treatment was very good and the atmosphere was bliss for being pampered. Will definately be back!

I had a classic Manicure and Pedicure with classic nail polish (no Gel, etc.). The staff were very nice and they offer me coffee or tea. The quality is good.
