Enjoyed my experience because I am not one to like to chat too much so the staff were ok just chatting among themselves for me is fine. I was happy because the tv and subtitles were on meaning I could just stare and the lady was very lovely who did my nails.

I was looking for the perfect dark red shade for my gel nails and the manager picked out exactly what I wanted first time. Always great service here although it would be better if we could still book next day appointments on Treatwell instead of having the diary blocked out for 2 weeks and having to call in.

this is a tale of two experiences. On the one hand, my manicure was excellent & lasted a long time. On the other, the girls here are consistently so miserable that it makes me uncomfortable to be there. It's not that i want a long chat or a lot of interaction, they just seem so unhappy when they sit down with you and if you ask a question they are curt in their response. overall - great manicure but i felt really uncomfortable.
