Really disappointed. I booked for myself and a group of friends for various treatments - as opposed to the many others in Clapham - because I thought it would be a more luxurious experience. It wasn't. Felt like like the staff didn't want to be there. Myself and a friend who had manicures both ended up with our cuticles being cut - quite painful. I won't be returning.
