Having been very stressed recently, I booked the proper pedicure at Nail'dit rather than one of the cheaper salons in Clapham as a treat. Whilst the store looks great, and had a hug range of colours, I didn't find the experience to be any better than anywhere else, given the price. The treatment seemed very rushed (said it would take 45 minutes on the website, was done in 30), the massage part of the pedicure was literally 20 seconds per foot. There was also a lot of children in the salon who seemed to either belong to, or were being cared for by the staff - at one point they were changing the nappy of a child right on the shop floor, which doesn't scream relaxing. The pedicure itself was Joel, although the varnish is slightly patchy. Overall an okay experience, for the money I'm wouldn't rush back.
I was so excited about my first visit to the salon but when I arrived it's like I was the only person happy to be there. No one smile or even greeted me and it was obvious it was early Sunday morning and none of the staff really wanted to be there. I was quite let down by the service. The lady who did my manicure did a good job and seem to be the most friendly.
