Usually very good but on this occasion it was rushed, the girl cut my nails too short and polish already began chipping by the next day. They were understaffed that day which accounted for the rush but still disappointing compared to other very good treatments there previously.

This was my first visit to the Clapham Junction location as I usually book into the Northcote Road location. I accidentally booked Clapham Junction online and didn't realize until I arrived at the Northcote salon. The ladies at the Clapham Junction location were just as friendly and accommodating to my mistake. They gave me the same great service that I have come to enjoy and expect from Nail'd it. I'm a happy and faithful customer.
