As always a mixed bag here - staff don't speak to customers at all, not even really to say hello or ask any questions about what you want. The atmosphere is therefore quite rubbish and not a relaxing experience. I also paid for their top level manicure which was meant to include a hand mask and massage etc. and did not get any of that. My nails however, look really good and they do last the two weeks so I'll continue to go back!
