Instead of feeling welcome and greeted with a friendly smile (as any customer should) it was awkward and unfamiliar. The nail technician had attitude and maintained the same unpleasant manner throughout the service. Based on this, I won’t be going back.

My finger got cut, such a shame because I normally love this place. Could have just been the technician, I asked for someone else to take over and she did a fab job, avoiding the cut and making sure all my nails looked neat. Nasty cut on one finger now and the original technician pulled a lot of skin off of my cuticles so it looks a bit messy.
