It was a lovely experience. The lady who did my manicure and pedicure was efficient. She took her time and made sure it was all done nicely. The staff didn’t really talk so it felt a bit cold in that aspect but they were better than before...I love the new look!! I did enjoy up smudging my toes but that was because I had to run back to work
