The staff who helped me seemed nice at first but then asked me if my nails were hard gel and why didn’t I just get an over lay instead when I specifically asked for a shellac removal. Ignorant for her to argue with me when I know what i have had done before and then complaining to me that the shellac I had done before was too thick. It just felt very uncomfortable sitting there I front of her like she doesn’t want to do my nails .
I don’t mind staff chatting within themselves but it gets very uncomfortable when they chat in their own language about other customers (including myself) they’re working on. Sometimes us as customers know a few words here and there in other languages. I have been to Nail’d it before at other locations but I definitely would not recommended the staff that I had here in Clapham Junction. I would go back for location purposes.
