Clearly overbooked so my nails were very rushed. Have ended up with an uneven coverage - some nails are darker than others.

Will never go again. The whole attitude was inappropriate - two girls have spoken about me on their own language, which is simply rude, unprofessional and weird. I came for shellac removal (although had some old gel on several nails). I have chosen two time slots: for removal and new shellac manicure. After all their complaints about my gel, they confirmed they can do nothing to provide me just normal service and remove the gel. As a result I have almost all my nails tuberous. And finally even my previous manicure, which I had for 1,5 months, looked better. Very disappointed for the quality of service for £37, won’t pay above £15 for the result.
