Terrible service. I was charged with a gel manicure and I literally just got a simple one without gel/ shellac. I was told that I had not booked the service properly, but that was definitely not true. I had received a confirmation email with my shellac manicure treatment. When I asked to get charged for the service I received and not for the gel, I was lied on my face and they charged me the gel manicure price! Absolute disgrace. And the simple mani did not even last a day. Terrible service.
