Very very disappointed. Having been here before and had a great experience I was excited to return for a pre-holiday manicure. But so so much went wrong. I was not asked what shape I would like my nails, the free edges were not capped. The nail art glitter came off a couple of nails in seconds and all the glitter nails were left rough like sandpaper as the glitter was not fully coated. Even a non-glitter plain nail was not fully coated and it became dirty and sticky on the way home. They all started to peel within a week. The wrong colour was applied and when I challenged it I was met with argumentative denial. The nail technician did re-apply after admitting the glitter used was incorrect, but it was still a horrible colour and absolutely not what I chose. Will not return, absolutely ruined my nails and I was embarrassed to have them.
