I booked on treatwell and the salon then rang to say that appointment wasn’t available and asked me to come in earlier. I arrived 5 mins late and the nail technician said they probably wouldn’t have time to paint my nails. The experience felt very rushed.

I am particularly fussy with my manis and pedis, and Vanya was wonderful. I had recently had acrylics on my toes, so they were not in great shape, and Vanya did a brilliant job!
