Lovely salon and very happy with the result

I arrived 10mins late due to traffic, not that what it was due to mattered. I was told either they couldn’t do my appointment due to the time (and I wouldn’t get a refund / would have to take it up with Treatwell as they didn’t know if I could get my money back) or I was offered a different treatment (just file and paint on toes instead of pedicure ) this was irritating as I had already paid for my full pedicure. They said they were booked up the whole day but then they said their next appointment had delayed their appointment by 30mins (and would still get their full treatment). I found this frustrating as I would have rather not had any treatments done and not paid for it then have a cheaper, quick treatment and still paid for my pedicure. I think they should make this clear as if I hadn’t booked on Treatwell and just called up instead and opted to pay at the venue I wouldn’t have been penalised in this way, losing money.
