Once I arrived at the salon the experience was lovely. All the staff were really friendly, the treatment was fab and the salon is so so pretty
However, just under an hour before my appointment I got a call from the salon saying that they could no longer do the time I had booked, and that their had been a problem with treatwell. So they needed to move my appointment to a different time.
I was already on the train/tube on my way to the salon, and therefore had to change my day’s plans to fit in with the new appointment time they gave me. Which was very inconvenient.
