Treatment was not as advertised… the rose petal pedicure had no rose petals, and nothing to do with rose petals… I was told is that they “phased that out two years ago” — yet, it was still advertised on here last week. I also had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment due to a system error. I had pre paid, otherwise I would not have waited. It was stressful and not handled properly. Cannot recommend.

I was actually quite disappointed with the experience. Firstly the salon booked me in 15 minutes later than the time I booked on Treatwell and were barely apologetic. They said it was Treatwell’s fault but did not really care about the customer experience. Sophia was polite and filed the nails well. However was quite rough with cutting the cuticles for both the manicure and pedicure and a few of my nails did bleed (I can provide pictures if needed).
