So disappointed. Usually a good salon but paid £50 for BIAB with extensions for them to last 6 days and pull half my nails off. Never had this with BIAB before as it usually lasts until it grows out (around 6 weeks). Not sure if they've changed the gel they use as I've never had this issue before but my sister has experienced the same over the Christmas period. So if you've had BIAB before from there don't trust it again!

The Vietnamese (I really hope I’m correct, sorry if not!) gentleman that did my nails was lovely and they are just what I asked for. I have clubbed thumbs, so very short nails and he managed to even make them look good. Thank you!
