Really unhappy, they were very harsh on my nails and left a few cuts. Constantly speaking another language and just a generally eery and uncomfortable environment. I had the nails soaked off the same week as having them on. It’s now been 2 weeks and my nails have only just started recovering from the acrylic they used. My usual nail tech was on annual leave hence I was semi desperate and ignored all the bad reviews on google. It wasn’t worth it! Please listen to all their bad reviews :(

I really enjoyed getting a hot towel pedicure, it was very relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they did an amazing job with my BIAB nail extensions.
