Nails lasting well so far! The staff aren’t mega friendly but that’s not a huge deal for me.

This was an add on and so I turned up and I wasn't able to have the treatment
I've rarely leave negative reviews but It's a shame that such a lovely decorated place would have such dry and blunt service by the staff on the Saturday afternoon. There was no music, so can just hear the clanging of footsteps from the shop above, the staff did not seem lively/seemed like they didn't really want to be there. Since they didn't have any dry fans we were told to wait for the nails to dry they said to wait 10 minutes, we waited 20 minutes and realised that the lady had forgotten we were there..had a peep behind the staff curtain to find them eating, chatting away and on their phones, so they left the place unattended. Their service was extremely unprofessional. Once I got their attention a lady came and out and gave an 'ugh' because the lady serving us had gone missing and then she put oil on which ruined the nails because they wern't even dry yet, even after the 20 minute wait.
Maybe this was just terrible quality because it wasn't shellac but definitely would tell management to retrain staff to give a more friendly atmosphere and maybe add some music so it's not just silence and clonking noises.

Ella was very lovely, she did a fantastic work with my manicure. She was also attentive and even though it was a quick manicure she paid close attention to detail. I’m very happy with my nails! The venue was cute and cosy.
