Trying to squeeze more money from customers in any way. Apparently when you book BIAB overlay with shellac you only get the infill and shellac placed on the nail . Nothing else. When I asked why they haven’t cleaned my cuticle they said I have to book manicure separately. Also for cat eye nail polish you have to pay 10£ extra. Basically you go there for manicure with biab and to get it you have to pay the manicure separately
