Disappointing experience. Booked it as a treat for my friend who was going through a hard time, but from the moment we arrived they rushed everything to try get the next people in as soon as possible. I requested a specific colour, but because I got BIAB too, I was told the BIAB colour was ‘close enough’, even though I had paid extra for the gel colour and nail art.

Really nice venue. The receptionist / manager was very lovely and kept checking in with me to make sure I was happy with my treatment. The nail technician was very sweet and skilled. I love my manicure!
