Friendly and polite atmosphere. Space was very clean. My underarm wax left me with lots of ingrown hairs, which I think may be due to waxing in one direction rather than up & down. Leg wax was good, one patch of hairs left that I didn’t notice before leaving but most hair was waxed. Beautician was friendly.
