Second visit, hoping for a better experience, but it was worse. I arrived 20 minutes early and simply asked if anyone was free to start sooner. That innocent question created complete confusion. They started me early, then claimed there wasn’t time for the full luxury pedicure I’d booked, yet still overcharged me. The manager was dismissive and unprofessional, and staff chatting and giggling in Vietnamese while treating clients felt rude. I left stressed and won’t be returning.
