I’ve been to Nail Circle before and had decent service, but this visit was awful. The technician (L) was extremely rude and seriously unprofessional — snapped at me when I asked to confirm correct pronunciation of her name, didn’t greet me, and rushed my whole appointment. I was pushed to get Shellac instead of being helped with a nail polish colour match. My nails weren’t even shaped properly. The manager was indifferent and didn’t check in once. Extremely disappointing. I won’t be returning.
