Unprofessional Pedicure
My recent pedicure was deeply disappointing. The technician seemed untrained, claiming my feet needed "no work" despite my problematic nails and visible need for care. I felt her disgust, making me uncomfortable under everyone's gaze. Another staff member even had to cut my nails. The service ended with just a wash and quick massage to compensate. I paid for a service not delivered, enduring an embarrassing, subpar experience.
