I got my nails done a week ago, but the gels were pretty soft, so one of my nails cracked. The quality was about the same as when I do them myself.

The whole experience felt very rushed, trying to get people in and out as quick as possible, which meant inconsistencies on my nails. The biab was applied ok, but you could see that it wasn't even across all nails. A real shame as it's a local for me, but not sure I'd go back.
