So disappointing. Even though the standard of work is usually amazing, I left feeling gutted and dismissed. I left with my nails unevenly shaped and asymmetrical (from round to square), blotchy, streaky and lumpy colour and dripping wet after being under the dryer. After the first coat, my choice of colour was too dry, so they had to start again to try and fix it. The colour wasn’t the same, I was met with disdain when I pointed out blatant differences. I went home and took it straight off.
