Unfortunately I had a lot of ingrown hairs and infections resulting in my previous wax from here. My skin is still scarred and it doesn’t look like it’ll be fading anytime soon. Good price but not worth the pain and aggravation.

The facial was okay, there was a lot of noise going on upstairs in the salon and there was frequent ads in the playlist that was being used which affected the ambiance. The products felt like they were watered down and this coupled with the very fast massage movements being made on my face meant that the products went in my eyes and mouth and made it generally less relaxing and enjoyable.
