The girl who did my nails was really lovely and the reception staff were also super helpful. I had a BIAB manicure with French tips. Overall the manicure was great the only thing to note is that a week after the BIAB has started to lift so I’ve had to stick a couple of my nails down. I also was charged an extra £5 for a “manicure” which was tidying up my cuticles etc. … I’ve never had that charge at any salon I’ve been to in London???

Faja was genuinely the sweetest wax lady I’ve ever been to. As a beginner, I was really nervous, but she made me feel so comfortable and at ease from start to finish. She was incredibly patient, kind, and listened to every concern I had without any judgement. She adapted everything to make sure I felt comfortable, which made the whole experience so peaceful and reassuring. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. I’ll definitely be going back again!
