4.5 star- Third time here and got dipping powder ombré acrylics. Absolutely loved them, exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately within 2 days they were peeling at the sides and my fingers were so sore from the removal of the previous nails. Even now after a week I have a scab from being cut and my skin is still red. A bit too harsh and cuticles not being soaked/ removed with care. I think the nails weren’t prepped enough. Hopefully they consider this going forward

I was looking forward to be back but unfortunately this time I was not happy about my treatments (shellac mani+piedi). The shellac fell of from some of my tonails on the very next day, while in a week time (6 days to be precise) started to come off from my handnails to. Quite disappointed, I won't return there.
