I visit nail care a lot as they are usually lovely and I get a great manicure. However today was different. The salon was very messy, no other customers in and 2 new technicians training. My 20 minute removal took 50 minutes and I sat in silence the entire time. No music or conversation. It’s usually a welcoming environment but it didn’t feel like that today.

Having had a nightmare experience at another salon only a few weeks ago, I was really pleased with the gel mani I got here. It’s beautifully done, 100% even and the cuticles were finished brilliantly. You could tell they apply lots of care - will definitely be back!
