I have been here 10+ times. Sadly this time I got a really bad infection on the side of my finger nail from the manicure. They always use clean clippers etc but the filing boards maybe need cleaning. A shame on this occasion but not happened before

Technicians here are skilled and do a good job! The only downfall is that the nail colour for tips is very limited, every other place I have been to lets you choose any colour for tips and just use a tip brush.
Sadly the tip colour on my right thumb has also chipped and I only got them yesterday. :(

Unfortunately my nail extensions were put on at an upwards angle on a few fingers so they look odd from the side. They weren’t particularly warm towards my partner and I didn’t feel massively pampered which is what I was hoping for when I booked. One of the ladies did hurt my partner a bit when they were doing his pedicure. It felt a little like they were talking about us and laughing at us in their language but that could have just been the vibe they gave.
