Really loved my mani pedi. Staff were really friendly and considerate, asking which treatments and tools I was ok being used on me. Needed it done for a wedding and was most pleased. Lasted well and looks like it will last me into next week as well!

I booked in online for the same repeat treatment I had last month. A shellac colour acrylic infill and a Shellac pedicure. I was asked to sit in the chair and someone just came over and gave me the colours to pick and then started cutting my toe nails, asked for the colour I wanted and just started painting. I asked why am I not having a pedicure like last night and she said ‘that’s not express which is what you picked’ now last time I was really looked after and had what I believed to be a pedicure however this time I paid £30 for my nails to be painted and on the website it states it should only be something like £15. I didn’t even have the water bath filled up to soak my feet.
I will be in contact today to ask for a refund because I’m unsure how week to week the treatment changes and how they can justify charging £30 to have your nails painted.
I’m really disappointed to leave this review because normally it’s lovely but I am really disappointed this time and feel I’ve been ripped off.
