I’m a loyal customer but I was so disappointed today. Totally overbooked and I had different girls doing my pedicure. I had a bad nail where I had broken it and she was really rough. I kept saying to stop and she carried on until I pulled away. I felt very rushed and the place was far too busy. This company really need to accommodate to their booked customers and plan it better. My nails turned out great but when I’m booking a treat I don’t want to feel stressed.
