I didn't like my manicure as the polish started too far up my nail and when I said something they didn't apologise but instead told me that it was because my cuticle would grow and the polish would chip but as I was getting normal polish and about to go on holiday I know the nails will chip before the cuticle grows anyway. why not just agree with your customer instead of making them feel bad to question you
