I have been going to this place since it has opened, today I was attended by a new lady that overstretched my toe, did not apologise and started to make fun of me thinking I could not understand Chinese.. bad luck. Very rude and on top they left me 30 minutes with the drying machine, my feet were freezing and again when I called the other lady, she was laughing with her colleague, which means she did it on purpose! Very disappointed! Loyal client since it opened till today!
