Ok, wasn't the best wax. Started with hot and then went to strip wax. Not Lycon so maybe why it wasn't very good.

Service was fine and the manicure was good, however, they didn't have the colour option that I wanted so needed to choose a different one.

Very painful experience. Gel nail removal took the skin around my nails off becuase they used a machine to buff it off rather than to soak it off
