Poor waxing experience. The therapist was a lovely lady but the wax was way too hot and she insisted on just blowing on the spatula thinking it would cool. I had burned, scabby skin (on my sensitive Brazilian area) for days afterwards. The skin was also left sore from being waxed over many times to remove short hairs and the end result wasn't even hairless. Not going back. The mani/pedi was perfect as always!
