Good choice of colours. Ok manicure. Couple of cleanliness points could be better - put a clean towel or tissue or something over the cushion for your arms - this was very marked and rough and I felt like I was sharing too much with other clients. Also as use the clips for soak off rather than foils, give them a clean as they were very dirty in the end.
Otherwise ok. (Note - tried to charge extra for paying with card. (£5.50 instead of £5 for extra take off price that I hadn’t booked) This is not allowed any more under uk law. Need to check their policies)

the last couple of times no hand cream or hand massage. it almost feels like you shouldn't touch the handcream after your manicure as the look you get from the ladies is basically saying what are you doing? well actually I'm doing your job! finish on manicure was better this time. No conversation.
