Probably one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had, and I’ve visited a lot of salons. Firstly, when I booked an appointment for myself and my friend, I called to ensure it would be a side by side appointment- to which the lady on the phone agreed. However when sat there this was not the case and was rudely told it was not. I let this go. Next a customer and the beautician in the salon were shouting and arguing back and forth for a solid 15 mins. Not relaxing at all!!
