I have been her twice before and everything was fine but this time I had a different technician and she was terrible the nails she put on were to small for my nails they were scruffy and finished terrible i didn't realise till i got home and put my glasses on I went back the next day but she wanted me to come back in the afternoon but I couldn't so she wanted me to go back 3 days later but I ended up going somewhere eals the same day won't be going back there

Only reason I didn’t give excellent is because I wanted nail art but couldn’t as I hadn’t booked for it which I have never had to do before but when the lady explained that she had back to back appointments and didn’t have time. Next time I’ll ask for extra time.
