Asbolutely Awful. Quality of the nails is shocking, had to ask for them re-shaped 3 times as she kept taking far too much off, the glue was all over the back and super messy, the polish itself has been awful. The staff were so rude, I had to pay extra for my service from what I had paid with Treatwell as it was mis-advertised, and when I was there I asked what the best way to pay with would be (get cash out, pay for another service of the equivalent price on treatwell etc) and they advised me to do a 'bank transfer' so i did. Biggest mistake. She kept checking her phone every 2 minutes (not an exaggeration) to see if the money had gone through, I told her it can take upto 2 hours on my mobile banking as it is a new contact, and she was extremely rude about it. I showed the confirmation of payment, and when their boss came back I also showed him, who then went scrolling through my online banking app looking at all of my accounts!!!!! Absolutely disgusted with this experience, I regret going and paying a single penny to this establishment. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!
