The technician was attentive, patient and kind but unfortunately the result of the BIAB is poor. It was my first time having this treatment and wasn't sure on what to expect, I realised how bad they looked when I left the shop and I'm upset to be honest. I would recommend more training on this technique before charging customers. I would go back for shellac but not biab
