The shellac removal was very quick and efficient. I think he applied an oil in my cuticles but then told me to wash my hands and led me to a sink where I could do that but I feel like that just washed away the oil… also no hand cream was applied on my hands or anything. So all in all it was an ok experience but I feel like it was rushed.
