The person who did my nails was great - really diligent. However the sample nail colours do not match the bottles and so where I picked a pale colour I got a bright turquoise - I’m sure I could have asked for these to be redone so more a word of warning than completely blaming the salon. Cleanliness of the salon could be improved

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. It started off badly as they were running late, so late other clients got rescheduled last minute. My nail tech was rude and did not want to listen to what I wanted and snapped at me, which left me with nails that were not what I asked. Nail polish looked cheap. I was charged extra for “long nails” which was not described on Treatwell. One nail got a dent 30 min after I left the place and now, 5 days later, 2 nails have already broken.
