Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. It started off badly as they were running late, so late other clients got rescheduled last minute. My nail tech was rude and did not want to listen to what I wanted and snapped at me, which left me with nails that were not what I asked. Nail polish looked cheap. I was charged extra for “long nails” which was not described on Treatwell. One nail got a dent 30 min after I left the place and now, 5 days later, 2 nails have already broken.
