I've been to this place a few times for gel removal and was always satisfied, but today's experience left much to be desired. Not sure if today was just an off day, but the person handling my removal gave zero cares about starting late. Midway, she switched to another client, leaving me waiting for 15 minutes until someone else could continue with my removal. The final nail buffing was disappointingly rough and uneven. Never again.
